Job Description

    The individual in the role will be part of GFSS Pune team responsible for managing the transition of End to End Financial accounting activities from Eaton Sites in North America/EMEA/APAC regions to GFSS (Pune). The role requires the individual to participate in fact finding, data health & End to End scoping. This individual is responsible for successfully executing the transition which will primarily include preparation of training and transition plan, ensuring that detailed SOPs are developed and signed-off, operating metrics are aligned and approved and processes are transitioned as per agreed SLAs. This individual is responsible to identify the key opportunities for standardization and improvements of the activities being transitioned. This position also has the important responsibility of working closely with Operations and GFSS Team on resource requirement and onboarding of the team to support End to End activities from GFSS (Pune).Qualifications
    • M.Com /MBA (Finance) with working experience of RTR/PTP/OTC work streams.
    • 8-10 years of total experience in finance domain including execution of the Financial Process Transition
    • knowledge for GL/FA and good understanding of OTC and PTP encompassing overall accounting as the area
    • Good understanding of the Oracle and/or SAP ERPs
    • Excellent analytical, written and oral English communication skills
    • Excellent Stakeholder Management
    • Ability to work collaboratively across boundaries/business lines.
    • Flexible to support North America/EMEA shift working as per project requirement.
    • Readiness for international travel >=50%
    • Should have an exposure to manage a team for atleast 4-5 team members
