Job Description

  1. Prepare DVP for projects Motorcycle/ Scooters
  2. Vehicle build for CP/ EP stages after protocol
  3. Knowledge of 2W NPD process
  4. Thorough knowledge of 2W parts, terminologies used in both ICE and Electric vehicles
  5. Coordinate with other teams for planning and execution of tests
  6. Planning of resources and components for validation at different stages.
  7. Overall knowledge of 2W validation is must
  8. DFMEA, DVP & knowledge of GD&T.
  9. Coordinate and support plant build at various build stages
  10. Tracking of validation concerns and resolutions
  11. Conducting DFM, DFA studies with CFT
  12. Preparation of RWUP, PALS targets and other gateway documents
  13. Networking with external testing agencies and ability to do the tests through outside labs
  14. Tolerance stack up analysis for assemblies & fitment on chassis.
  15. Knowledge of torque standards,
  16. Troubleshooting of issues related to vehicle systems especially 2W
  17. Know-how of Electric vehicles and its systems (2W)
  18. Hands on experience on using problem solving tools like DOE, QC story, 6 Sigma etc
  19. Ability to analyze and resolve field failures
  20. Basic knowledge of existing and upcoming 2W regulations
  21. Ability to ride and evaluate 2W will be an added advantage
Knowledge/Skills Required:
    • 2-Wheeler Vehicle validation expertise.
    • Validation Process, DOE, Reliability Engg.
    • NPD process.
