Job Description

    Responsibilities & Key Deliverables 1. Plan logistics infrastructure for high speed production lines for aggregates like eDrive trains, Battery Pack and Power electronics 2. Prepare layout options for team evaluation and get team inputs to choose the best option. 3. Prepare RFQ, conduct technical discussion, to be cost estimation, supplier evaluation, PR, PO, conduct Design reviews, monitor and co-ordinate installation of logistic equipment to cater required volumes. 4. Must have strong knowledge on latest material handling methods with lean set up to establish logistics infrastructure. 5. Fair knowedge of Industrial engineering standards. (Certification is an added advantage) 6. Desired to have strong knowledge of machine controllers and automation to ensure digitization in logistics and Industry 4.0 7. Must have proficiency in Auto CAD, CATIA and layout designing. 8. Define packaging and optimization transportation cost and losses. 9. Must be familiar with systems like ASRS, AGV, Gantry, Jib crane, MHEs, various conveyers, returnable packaging, vehicle cube utilization. 10. OSHA, IATF, other industrial standards must be practiced. 11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels Experience 6-8 yrs.
