Roles and ResponsibilitiesSkills Must be able to attend work on regular basis Ability to manage and lead people effectively in union / non-union manufacturing environments Ability to develop personnel and equipment structures to support present and future operations Ability to resolve employee issues balancing Company and employee position; For union environments, ability to effectively interpret and follow collective bargaining agreement; resolvegrievances balancing company and employee interests Analytical problem solving Ability to proactively plan and schedule production to meet daily requirements; troubleshoot issues andeliminate barriers to production; line balancing.
