Are you highly organized and detail oriented Can you manage new requirements and develop new solutions Were looking for someone like this to:- Demand management of joiners, leavers and moves- Collaboration with 200+ external vendors and exchanges in processing requests and changes- Work with MDS inventory, declaration and accounting teams to ensure accurate, high quality reporting and financial transparency.- Manage new requirements and services from external exchanges and vendors- Maintain, take ownership and automate of robust standard operating proceduresYour teamYoull be working in the Market Data Services (MDS) Demand Management Team. Were a small team of specialists, working within the global MDS team. We are responsible for providing advice and expertise in market data content, delivery, expense and control. We manage new requests and develop industry leading solutions to enhance the overall commercial and administrative management of market data.MDS Team is part of the Supply Chain organization that provides four services: Category & Supplier Management, Regional Procurement, Vendor Risk Management and MDS Governance; and includes a Commercial Support and Transformation team., You have:- hands-on experience with market data inventory systems (we use MDM) and market data vendors, including Bloomberg, Factset and Refinitiv (incl. DACS permissioning system)- proficiency in Microsoft Office and vast experience with Excel, including macros.- meticulous attention to detail- excellent written and verbal communication skillsYou are:- a confident communicator, you know how to speak with people at all levels- a team player who can operate independently- able to meet contractually required deadlines in a fast paced environment- accountable- Open to work in rotational shift (APAC, EMEA & US)
