Around 40% of their new disbursements come from the existing clientele.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Marketing Analyst role that will be located on-site in Pune. The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with the role, including but not limited to. performing analytical research and creating marketing reports.Responsibilities: Responsible for interpreting research about the organizations customers and aiding in the creation of their Customer Personae Identify target audiences and gather web analytics to prepare strategies for success in Marketing campaigns with an impact on sales outcomes Analyze sales funnels and customer intent, and measure performance of online and offline campaigns Report on Marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of Marketing campaigns Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates) Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data Recommend website and campaign optimizations Research and implement marketing tools to support promotional projects (automation software, social media scheduling etc.) Work closely with Sales and other associated teams to identify opportunities for lead generation and nurturing Keep abreast of current trends in Data Analytics.Requirements: Demonstrable Work experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role Expertise in Google Analytics, Hotjar, Clevertap, Singular, among other Mar-tech tools In-depth understanding of SEM campaign strategies and SEO practices Experience with PPC campaigns Good knowledge of MS Excel Excellent Analytical abilities,
