Marketing Operations AnalystWhat you must know We are looking to hire a Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing Operation team. You will take responsibility for managing our Pardot data, CRM data, Marketing tools data, developing reports, and troubleshooting data issues. Top candidates in this role will have a very fine eye for detail, enthusiasm to deep dive into problems, and deep understanding of the popular data analysis tools and market research practices.Roles & responsibilities Managing CRM, Marketing tools including creation, updates, deletion and enriching data with best market research practices Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analysts if necessary. Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems Providing technical expertise on data storage structures, data mining, data cleansing and data enrichment practices. Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies Devise and evaluate methods for data collection Gather data on consumers, competitors and market conditions and generate leads Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines Training end users on new reports and dashboards Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports Generating reports from single or multiple systemsWhat will qualify you for this role :Essential: Technical background and interest in working on data. Inclination to learn new concepts in CRM(Salesforce) and Marketing Automation Tools (Pardot) Inclination to play with data analysis tools - Google data studio, Google Analytics andmore. Total Experience: 2 years in Marketing team Relevant Experience (Included in Total): 1 year in PardotDesired: Exp. In working in marketing team and background of Salesforce CRM Exp. On Pardot Marketing Automation tools Exp.
