      • Key Responsibilities : Provide exceptional customer support at troubleshooting and operations Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting system, application and network related issues Technical support via phone, email and portal to internal and external users UC collaboration products and services O365, Skype for business online, Microsoft Teams Demonstrable experience of incident and problem management Excellent customer facing communications skills verbal and written
      • Technical Experience : a Accelerate automation and know how to drive the tooling, troubleshoot to resolve any issues with the tolling when needed b At least 1 year experience driving the tooling in a similar Exchange, Win10, various Apps enablement / deployment project
