        • Key Responsibilities : Windows 10 Design, Configuration Troubleshooting Intune Configuration incl Policies Excellent skills in problem analysis and resolution Excellent communication skills towards customers
        • Technical Experience : Strong knowledge and Hands on experience on Intune Auto-pilot components High experienced in troubleshooting Enrollments Level 4 of 5 Experience in creating reports using Power Bi and Data warehouse and Exposure on Windows Autopilot and SCCM Intune MDM and MAM administration, support, and design Creating and managing Configuration Profiles Level 2 of 5 Compliance Policies Good Knowledge on AAD and its features Autopilot; ESP; WHfB; etc Level 3 of 5 Should able to handle Azure Security
        • Professional Attributes : 1 Communication oral speaking capability, written, presenting, listening, clear speech writing 2 Flexibility adaptability, willing to change, lifelong learner, accepts new things, adjusts, teachable 3 Integrity honest, ethical, high morals, personal values, does whats right 4 Interpersonal skills
