Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - 1. Through the door (TTD) analysis Guide team in conducting analysis of various types of customers acquired in last year/ month and their associated risk type to determine the future performance of business in coming months (by measuring how TTD mix is changing) Review the reports prepared by the team to monitor metrics for business performance if there are unusual changes then engage with relevant stakeholders to close the same by taking appropriate actions of intervention Monitor the TTD/ performance of locations in Digital and LSF and ensure the contributing values are between the assigned range Evaluate whether the TTD is stable or not if nor then track the actions of stakholders to drive stability in TTD numbers 2. Bounce rate Track the FEMI bounce rate and identify the reason behind the patterns in FEMI bounce ; Also track the portfolio bounce against the defined threshold Engage with business & collections team to drive actions to ensure bounce rates can be kept under check 3. Lagged matric and risk assessment Analyze the performance of customers booked in previous months in alignment with the business performance study the trends in business performance and if there is any unalignment study the reason for same Track loss to sales ratio publish the same to sales teams to provide information on money sitting out of sales done in previous months in various buckets (on monthly and 7th month basis) Monitor lagged metrics to evaluate current bucket loss of portfolio and loss value in various buckets Track business volumes & other key matrices to identify various type of risk faced by the business and plan for managing overall risk Maintain the risk matrix (to study the portfolio health FEMI & other metrices on yearly monthly quarterly basis) compare current performance with past years performance to identify the risk of seasonality and other business factors that impact the business , * a) Qualifications Master s in business administration / Post Graduate in mathematics/ statistics background Risk management credit background b) Work Experience Minimum 12 year of work experience Experience in risk management Disciplined in terms of being task focused Understanding of business and processes
