Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - Accountabilities associated with the job) 1. Scope partners on a regular basis to understand product fitment and build a healthy pipeline of prospective B2B partners with a consultative sales approach 2. Pitch product solution to partners with proposals and presentations 3. Follow-up with partners and drive commercial closure 4. Set processes for post-sales fulfilment with internal teams and set revenue arrangements 5. Post closure maintain relationship and drive transaction volumes 6. Become the single point of contact between distribution partners and internal teams and act proactively towards identifying and solving issues 7. Execute on the development of products in partnership with external manufacturing partners and internal cross-functional teams including CoE Engineering PMO UX/Design Business Intelligence Marketing Customer Service working with Product leads to unite teams towards a common goal 8. Maintain MIS and create penetration strategies for entering new markets and driving partnerships for business drive 9. Make regular presentations to Senior management and create collaterals for review meetings 10. Own Business Unit revenue with positive contribution margins , * Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent) Educational Qualifications a) Qualifications Graduate (BCom Or Eco) BE with MBA / PGDM from premier institute Work Experience 1. 10+ years of experience 2. Experience of team management and stake-holders management 3. Excellent verbal and written communication with excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills 4. Good planning and organizing skills 5. High on sales/numbers drive and self motivated 6. Ability to build and nurture teams and empower them with decision making abilities 7. Out of the box thinking approach with the aim to increase productivity and profitability 8. Be on the ground for 75% of the time. 9. Have proven track record of building relationships with large corporates, SMEs and startups alike
