Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - Collaborate with CC-COE leadership Internal & External stakeholders in reviewing and recommending change in practices for the development and sustainability of the contact centres Staying abreast of new practices and technologies within and marketplace ensuring that we maintain the output and gain recognition for the quality of sales and customer service provided to our customers Create and monitor adherence to metrics - Right metrics to be tracked Support in defining bands of performance and Monitoring of same Drive Contact Centre performance efficiency and effectiveness Evaluate processes at Partner Contact Centre Operations for Technology (Dialer and other tech infrastructure at Contact Centre) Candidate would be leading end-to-end Dialer management for assigned Contact Centre Responsible to work in close tandem with onsite Dialer Executives (Partner/Vendor employees) for BAU strategy execution Accountable for the daily setup of and monitoring of calling campaigns & strategies Role holder will not manage the day to day operations for these Outsourced Partner Centres. He/she will be the project lead in driving these changes along with his/her teams and will be required to collaborate with respective Internal and External stakeholders for Implementation of these changes and Monitoring Efficiency & Effectiveness. This is a Centralized COE Role and key aspect will be to work horizontally with peer groups and seniors to drive the agenda. , * Experience Minimum of 7 years of active outbound Dialer management in a Contact Centre Skills Should have first-hand experience in Contact Centre Dialer Management Experience on CISCO (& Genesys) preferred
