Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesDuties/Responsibilities:

  • Help administer and configure NetSuite, OpenAir, and NetSuite add-ons company-wide; create and maintain users, roles, permissions, perform updates, integration and configurations for forms and customers/contacts
  • Configure NetSuite to meet business needs after rollout, including fields, page layouts, workflows, approvals, and validation rules
  • Gather needs from Finance, Billing, and Professional Services teams and convert into requirements
  • Translate and refine Intelerad various Order to Cash and Procure-to-Pay, and multi-currency process flows
  • Troubleshoot orders and other data that flows through NetSuite
  • Assist with bringing in acquisition data and process into Intelerad systems
  • Enhance existing functionality and improve processes
  • Control data and access and maintain master data
  • Manage NetSuite and OpenAir users roles changes, controls, and troubleshooting
  • Develop, test, deploy customizations, custom objects, third-party tools, and new system functionality based on evolving business needs
Qualification:
  • 2+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administration, configuration, and development in complex business environments
  • Knowledge of best practices in NetSuite roles, permissions, customer objects, scripting, workflows and reports
  • Strong understanding of accounting and financial modules of NetSuite
  • Strong technical aptitude and a quick learner with the ability to understand medical imaging
  • Excellent analytical, research, and organizational skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
  • Exceptional communication, influencing and presentation skills
