Job Description

    Group Company: Quick Heal Technologies LtdDesignation: Network Administrator (QH_DES_303)Office Location:Years of experience: 2 to 4Salary Range: INR to (Annual)Position description: Role objectives are to configure, maintain, build and support the network infrastructure of organization. The responsibility consists of working as an individual or team member in network team. This position is focused to network specialists with a good understanding and knowledge of the whole networking technologies.Primary Responsibilities:
    • Good level of Network understanding & provide core competencies in complex enterprise wide area networking, multi-protocol network transport techniques, consist of LAN Switching, switch stacking,VLANs
    • (contd.) & Access Control List.
    • Installation & configuration of Network devices & its components like Routers, Switches. L2 & L3 Switches with Nexus 5K, 9K.
    • Hands-on experience of Firewalls like CISCO ASA, Checkpoint, Palo Alto etc. Site to Site VPN, Remote VPN Access Configuration.
    • Hands-on experience of UTM Devices & policy configuration.
    • Participate and provide feedback into the day to day Network Operations
    • Participate in support through the ticketing system
    • Escalate critical issues to manager in a timely manner
    • Plan and implement monitoring, limitations by resource and users/departments
    • Maintain network connectivity of all components of Data center , Servers & computer workstations.
    • Provide network support to end users.
    • Provide network support with a variety of operating systems.
    • Provide support to branch offices.
    • Good understanding on IDS /IPS & Threat preventions.
    • Assist & take ownership in network implementation for upcoming projects.
    • Good understanding of MPLS network. Installation, Configuration, Maintenance of Wireless LAN Controllers.
    • Hands-on Experience on Monitoring Tools like Nagios, Netflow, Wireshark.
