Job Summary The IT Strategic Initiatives Leader is a newly created role that will provide focus on key initiatives and projects that will accelerate the progression of the strategic vision of the IT function. This role can be located anywhere in the world.This individual will leverage teams across the organization to drive meaningful, strategic projects. The first initiative is to assess the current state of where work is done and how to best leverage resources around the globe in anticipation of an S/4 Hana project scheduled to kick off in 2022. Working with the IT leadership Team, our goal is to accelerate deployment with hiring additional resources internally and shifting work accordingly. This leader will create the vision and steps required in addition developing the buy-in required for such change. This leader will need to quickly earn the trust of the team in order to be effective.
    • Leads key initiatives to enable a world class information technology function
    • Brings diverse perspectives to challenge current processes, strategies, structures and initiatives
    • Possesses knowledge from large multi-national companies that can inform the path of future projects
    • Has specific experience leveraging a global workforce
    • Drives change with thoughtful consideration of the organization while balancing the need to achieve meaningful results timely
    • Able to distill technical concepts and complex plans into executive level communications
    • Tailors messages, as appropriate, to different levels of the organization to enable change efficiently and effectively
    • Collaborates with all relevant stakeholders and welcomes feedback and historic perspectives
    • Ensures that as we scale we stay true to our values and differentiators of customer success, agility, and innovation
    • Self-starts initiatives with minimal guidance
    • Communicates frequently and crisply
    • Ability to engage key business stakeholders to include critical customer requirements in Strategic Design
    • Ability to travel to corporate headquarters at least several times per year and locations throughout the globe as needed

    QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience
    • 10+ years of experience working and influencing cross-functionally, globally and with senior leaders in a matrix organization
    • Bachelor s degree required
    • Experience leading and influencing others to meet goals, objectives, and project milestones
    • Working experience leading organizational initiatives, such program implementations, process improvements, procedural changes, with a focus on change management
    • Five or more years of experience supporting enterprise-wide initiatives as a leader
