Please discuss the detail of the working pattern options for the role with the hiring manager.Introduction: As an NFT Analyst Under moderate supervision manages test project (small / medium), its risks and dependencies Mitigates / escalates issues to Test Manager or Portfolio Test Lead as appropriate Work with development team to create test plans for enhancements and fixes on applications Prepare Test reports Prepare project level required metrics and reportsWhat will you be doing Relevant Experience 8 to 12 years Time Split: 90% Project Delivery, 10% Non-Core DeliveryPrepare NFT Test Plan Coordinate / Prepare NFT Test Bed/Test Data for execution Prepare NFT scripts Experience LR scripting methodology. Confirm connectivity and readiness of test team Assist Test Manager in managing day-to-day testing activities, such as test monitoring and status reporting at the end of the testing day Execute NFT tests, track and monitor defects to closure and produce test metrics and test reports Customer and key stakeholder communication, Timely escalations and communication of risks and issues Proactively identifying potential delivery related issues and arriving at mitigation plan. Task Allocation and Monitoring, Co-ordinate and Manage NFT Test Schedules Participate in project meetings to provide feedback and statistics of the project in relation to the NFT test quality Conduct reviews and inspections of project and test deliverables and provide feedback Implement creative and innovative ways of NFT testing to meet project goals without compromising quality Participates in refining NFT testing practices and methodologies Ensure reusability and capture of Metrics Prepare project level required metrics and reports Has intermediate level of knowledge specific to a industry domain like securities/insurance/credit cards/banking Ensure constructive working relationships within team and with other functional groups Ability to coordinate between BA s , Business and test team Assist Test Manager/ Portfolio Test Lead in resource management activities within the projects and ensure effective utilization Ensure compliance to laid down organization wide process and operations guidelinesWhat we re looking for: Must have 8-12 years experience in Non-Functional Testing. Must have experience of working within high performance NFT teams. Must have experience in analysis and reporting of performance tests.Education / Professional Qualifications Formal testing qualifications (i.e. ISEB / ISTQB) Degree level education. Experience of mainstream banking and / or financial applications.Skills and knowledge Skills Must have very good communication skills . Good knowledge on aPaas/AWS migration. Must be able to work under pressure and to assist peers in same situation whilst ensuring that quality is maintained Must be able to build good working relationships with peers and direct reports. Must be collaborative and able to share best practice at all levels. Must be able to cope under pressure, managing a wide range of priorities with multiple objectives. Must have a high level of energy and enthusiasm. Must have the ability to identify and resolve issues within own team. Must have effective planning and problem-solving skills and are able to actively discuss, develop and promote best practices to project teams Must be able to work individually and as part of a cross functional team including technology resources. Must be delivery focused attitudeSkills that will help you in the role : Must have a good working knowledge of Mobile Performance Testing. Must have a good working knowledge of cloud Technology and Performance Testing. Must have a good working knowledge of UNIX and /or Linux Must have a working knowledge of HP Quality Centre Must have a good working knowledge of HP Load Runner with MQ and JAVA protocols. Must have knowledge of infrastructure testing.,
