We use it to create highly efficient and simple processes with the aim of making the corrugated cardboard industry the most innovative and productive industry segment worldwide.BHS Data Center is an internal support system for the BHS group and for BHS NA (USA), we are looking for a dedicated and responsible colleague at the next possible date (m/f/d). The following details are given below :Position: NOC AnalystLocation: PuneExperience: 3 to 5 yrsWork Timing: WFH (night shifts)Tasks:
    1. Managing IT service requests and alerts
    Acknowledging service requests.Follow up on the requests and close them in time.
    1. Troubleshooting technical issues on-call or on remote desktop service
    Provide technical assistance to resolve user issues on-call or on remote desktop service.Install / Uninstall software as per requirements.Install windows and other software updates.Troubleshoot Operating system and related issues.
    1. Perform the scheduled tasks
    Installing windows updatesRebooting serversRequirements:
    • This position requires graduation as an academic qualification, IT graduates should get the preference.
    • IT Hardware and Network Course and Certifications.
    • Should have good knowledge of IT devices like Server, Switch, Laptop, etc., and their setup and configurations.
    • Should have hands-on experience in managing Desktop / Laptop hardware issues.
    • Technical Skillset Windows 10 Operating System, O365 Applications, Basics of Computer Networking, RDP services, Antivirus tools, Software Installations, VPN client setup
    • Should have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the relevant job profile
    • Good Communication skills
