Job Description

    Post - Sales Boys/ Lead GeneratorsLocation - PuneExperience - 2 to 6 yearsIndustry - Elevator (High prefrence to elevator industry experience candidate)Responsibilities and Duties :-
    • Work independently in identifying target market, target prospective builders Generate enquiries /Leads.
    • Visit and revisit customers once in fortnight to increase rapport and awareness about Company and Company Product, Quality etc.
    • To routinely visit Gram Panchayat office, Plan approving authority, PWD offices etc. to get data and compile it for preparing plan for lead generation.
    • Shall generate atleast 10 enquiries a day. Report it daily to Sales office in Pune.
    • To comb 50 Square kilometers of area with 50 to 70 Km travel per day.
    • To arrange and coordinate client visits to nearby Showrooms.
    • To coordinate & assist sales executives in client meetings.
    • To monitor and help clients in soomth execution of elevator installation and assist in service after sales.
    • To collect payments and coordinate further with Sales executive.
    • To assist Sales and marketing in events, Campaign etc.
    • Plan out lead generation campaigns with the head of field marketing including email and calling campaign plan, lead qualification, face to face meeting Builders and construction houses, follow-up and nurturing.
    • Oversee calling, lead qualification and handover to sales.
    Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:-
    • Excellent in Marathi / Hindi and fair in English communication (Written and verbal)
    • Candidates should be Smart, outspoken, Soft-spoken, Coherer, presentable, teachable with spark in eye.
    • Willing to do on-field Job with extensive travelling. ( 60 to 70 Km running per day)
    • Should have his own two-wheeler and Driving license
    • Preferably should have his own Laptop
    • Any 12th pass, graduate (B.Sc., B Com, BA, BBA,) Egg. Diploma or Degree
    Tracking and Reporting:-
    • Report Daily weekly activity and log all lead related data.
    • Pipeline reporting and tracking from lead to pursuit to closure.
    KRAs:1. Compile and update Prospective market data every fortnight from Local Govt. offices.2. Minimum 7-10 enquiries a day.
    • Development and execution of quarterly and yearly lead generation plan.
    • Performance indicators will include-
    • Quality of leads generated
    • Progression of leads into opportunities
    • Number of deal closures and new client acquisition
    • Value of business generated
    • Overall team management, training, and performance management.
