Job Description

    Operations Data Analyst II Job DescriptioneDiscovery Professional Engineer role is to support the processing or hosting working with specific eDiscovery tools. This position servers as the technical resource for the systems where PE need to adhere the workflows and perform the tasks after getting training.Roles & ResponsibilitiesProcessing and Loading data of various types (pst files, eDocs, lotus or archived files using eDiscvoery tools i.e. Nuix or Relativity.Follows workflow, job procedures, and execution of jobs on eDiscovery tools along with Project management tools.Troubleshoot, research, diagnose, and resolve encountered issues in job.Interacting with Client support, internal teams and coordinate with them to understand their requirements and then proceed with confirmed workflow.Keep abreast of current best-practices, new workflows and solutions in the context of eDiscoveryWorking in 24*7 environment.Candidate should have an interest in and an ability to rapidly learn new tools and technologies. For example, the candidate should be able to identify and work with new tools / technologies to plug and play on client projects as needed to solve the problem at hand.Desired Qualifications and SkillsGood Communication (Verbal and Written) Skills.Experience with MS Office and basic image and text filesSuperior organizational skills and be capable of handling several projects in various stagesAbility to multi-task, maintain composure under pressure and meet deadlinesMust be able to work in an ever changing fast-paced work environmentBe engaged and enthusiastic about work and learningMust be flexible and be available to work some evening and weekend shiftsStrong conceptual thinking and ideation skills; passion for brainstorming ideas, sketching concepts and connecting pieces to solve problems.
