Job Description

    Troubleshooting & Performance Tuning MustGood to Have Details : Must have : - Proven working experience as an Oracle Database administrator SME - L2 - Excellent knowledge of Oracle RDBMS (any versions) architecture & design. - Experience in performing all Level 2 - Tasks, Troubleshootings, Operations, etc. - Proficient in RMAN Backup & recovery, Patching, Upgrades, Migrations, Tuning- - Stored Procedures & Editing up at Stored Procedures. - Expert knowledge of ITIL processes around Incident, Problem, Change. - Proficient in troubleshooting & solving complex performance problems. Good to have : - Experience in AWS Cloud would be Preferred. - Monitoring & performance analysis through OEM. - Experience in Oracle Golden Gate & Exadata engineered systems. - Experience in handling Disaster Recovery tests & exercises. - Experience in working on a large-scale environment (at least 1000 databases with bigger sizes) - Working knowledge across multiple infrastructure components with strong experience on the database perimeter. - Quality Management and CSI. - Experience managing operations on core & cloud-based infra environments - AaS platform experience ideal. - Experience supporting operations in an as a Service Platform environment - Exceptional coordination, communication and interpersonal skills to work across global teams and clients.
