Job Description

Dear CandidatesWe have a Immediate requirement of Order Management for one of our Client at Pune Location.SummaryLocation: Pune Experience: 2 to 4 years experience level is required.Position: Order ManagementImmediate joines preffered within 15 days joiners acceptable.JD for Order Management:

  • Excellent verbal comm skills and written comm skills
  • Australian OM process, where the person should have experience interacting with Australian customers verbally
  • Else atleast he should have excellent comm skills to handle Australian customer.
  • End customer will call from Australia.
  • Queries will be on:: Order status, expedite any orders, pricing and quotation
  • Handle the customers, irate and upset- how will you handle. Call handling skills
  • OM experience-Oracle system, or SAP where he has entered the orders, delivered the orders, followed up with factories, vendors,
  • How is the invoicing done
  • Shift timings- Monday to Friday- ready to work in early morning shift between 2:00AM to 4:00AM to 11AM to 2PM
  • Education: BCom, or any bachelors degree- BSc, BA any, BE/B.Tech candidates should stay for 1 yr they should not leave as they are providing training for all candidates
