Job Description

    Face to Face InterviewCompany: Tata Tele Business Services (TTBS)Position Name- Partner Manager- Cloud & SaaS salesDesignation- ManagerLocation- Pune/ AhmedabadExperience- 6- 12 YearsKey Role Deliverables;Generate new leads, qualify them, make them part of entire sales process leading towardsclosureStay ahead of industry trends and any competitive intel as well as client opportunities.Attend trade shows, industry events, internal meetings, and conferences.Responsible for regional customer happiness and renewalsDrive new sales efforts through hunting and new client acquisition leading to Monthly/quarterly/yearly target achievement.Generating B2B sales leads and negotiating pricing and contracts with clients.Follow market trends and come up with new sales ideas for clients based on relevant/current themes as well as reverse inquiry.Delivering impactful sales presentations, demonstrations, conducting evaluations, preparing proposals, responding to RFPs, Tenders, etc. as part of sales goalsBuild and drive new and strategic go-to-market plans to meet company growth and market share goals.Will be responsible for forming strategies and methods specific to him/her for driving the Sales KPIsWill be responsible ensuring that all the channel partners managed by him/her are highly motivated and are meeting their ROI plans in association with TTL.Will be responsible for setting-up framework for developing and optimizing outcome of each of his/her channel partners.Will be responsible to manage and drive ICS business specific deliverables in his/her area of work & ecosystem.Right Person (Qualification & Experience);Preferably Engineer / MBA5 to 10 years of technology related IT Sales & business development experiencePrior work experience as Key Account Manager or similar role in companies operating in Technology, Cloud Services, SaaS, Google Workspace, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 & Fintech domain.Certifications in AWS/ Azure/ GCP/ will be an added advantage.Strong communication skills across all modes (verbal, written) and excellent interpersonal skills across hierarchy (from senior management to junior team members) is essential.Should be an organized and strong negotiatorMust have considerable Business, Market & Network/Technology Knowledge.Personal Attributes;Good Communication SkillsTeam player with Proactive approachTarget OrientedTake responsibility and end to end ownership for the success of KPIs
