Job Description

    Job description:Roles and Responsibilities
    • Own the relationship with the corporate clients and facilitate the placement process
    • Meet HR Heads of the organization, give them detailed Presentations about college for placements.
    • Queries Work with the students placement and guide at every step
    • To arrange for interview facilities at the institute and written test.
    • Driving tie-ups with top-notch companies for Placement Drive
    • Support the Center Manager and Counselor in student selection as per the Job Description/Talent Acquisition Form
    • Counsel students throughout the course of the program to ensure their expectations are aligned to the job opportunities available
    • Track all placements on internal software accurately
    • Preparing students to apply for selected job opportunities
    • Excellent inter-personal, verbal and written communication and analytical skills.
    • Work closely with student communities suggest Areas of Improvement.
    • Coordinate with Counselor to arrange student interviews and follow up hiring steps
    • Counsel students every two weeks to ensure their expectations and skills level match the jobs available in the market
    • Follow up hiring steps to receive placement confirmation, joining date, offer letter, etc.
    • Meet HR Heads of the organization, give them detailed Presentations about placements.
    • Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines.
    Desired Candidate Profile
    • Must have relevant experience in the same domain
    • Excellent Verbal and Non- Verbal Communication Skills
    • Experience of interaction with leading MNCs or SAP Companies others.
    • Must have placement experience with Educational Industry.
