Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - To handle end to end delinquent cases allocation process for Indus / Finnone Application To implement monitor and track allocation related assigned projects / Change Requests Monitoring on master configuration activities and ensuring the proper and timely cases allocation in collection systems Implement new collection related features based on requirement specification with proper impact analysis Managing collection related month-end supports activities Responsible for tracking and resolution of bugs and ensure the deliver as per defined TAT Responsible to build internal control and tracking mechanism to ensure the smooth functioning of collection processes and activities Liaising with business stakeholder DB /Application team QA SPOCs and Vendors for Collection requirements and testing completion Co-ordination with off-role resources to ensure proper master configurations activities , * Any Graduate with good technical knowledge (PLSQL) An experience of more than 2 years. Experience in Collection Domain at IT Co / Bank / NBFC Capable of interacting with Business stakeholders / Vendor team members Ability to deliver under pressure and pressing deadlines Have strong debugging, problem solving and analytical skills Self-motivate with Positive attitude and able to manage team effectively.
