Job Description

    Role Details :

    • Set scalable processes and ensure College Account Managers are following them
    • Helping build deep relationships resulting in partner delight and renewal
    • Collate feedback with the end goal of helping to improve and launch new services for colleges
    • Ensure Delivery of Employability services to partners like SMS Series, Assessment Tests, infrastructure mapping
    • Strong account management with key partners through regular meetings
    • 4-7 Years experience
    • Experience in Team Handling (of 4 or more people)- recruiting, training, executing, monitoring
    • Evidence of having built relationships, creating processes and delivering results in previous roles
    Qualifications :
    • Team Leader- can Inspire, motivate, resolve conflicts, build respect and discipline
    • Good business acumen and analytical abilities (including eye for detail)
    • Strong written and oral communication skills, not shy of using technology is an early adopter
    • Easily able to build relationship / connect with people values relationships
    • Maturity and ability to handle stress and demanding client requirements
    • Self driven, persistent, action oriented and goal driven
