Job Description

    In depth knowledge of all HRO processes (EDM, Payroll, L&D, Talent Acquisition, Comp & Benefits, Performance and Goal Management, HR Helpdesk, Payroll setup etc.) HR Shared Services set up You will work on RFPs and be involved in solution designing for Digital HR transformation You will interact directly with the client and help them achieve this transformation Lead solutions for large deals within the vertical and support pursuits managed by team aligned. Own the proposal end to end: RFX phase to solution creation, commercials, SOW (Statement of Work) Participate in Transformation planning, execution, and Continuous Improvement projects to deliver project goals Campaign design and implementation for proactive pipeline build. Define service market strategy and provide inputs to market intelligence and gap analysis report Leading team of 4-6 Associate consultants and mentor them to perform in their roles and responsibilities. Document and collateral creation, case study preparation for stakeholders and to update the knowledge repository Client meetings/presentations (Orals, Prospecting, Demonstration of POC solutions). Additional Info Presales, Solutions for HRO - Has experience in responding to RFPs/RFIs - Has experience in prepare FTE solutions for medium to large customers - Has experience in pricing, Transition for the solutions prepared - Has experience in solution defense & presentation to prospective customers & senior stakeholders - Has experience and understanding of HR Technology - Has experience in providing transformation solutions - Has experience in Due Diligence of solution prepared - Good Communication (written & spoken) skills for interaction with Senior stakeholders from organization and also customers,
