    Group Company: Quick Heal Technologies LtdDesignation: Principal Architect (QH_DES_525)Office Location:Years of experience: 12 to 16Salary Range: INR to (Annual)Position description:To work with management to understand business requirements, priorities, key objectives and building technological solutions with KPIs.To see big picture and defining roadmaps & vision, always staying ahead of the company s needs, providing solutions that improve efficiency/scalability for years to comeA role-model and a mentor to every single member of the technical teamTo build brand awareness and have external influence in cyber security domainPrimary Responsibilities:
    • Setting up technology vision and roadmap with aligning to business requirements & key objectives of company
    • To build engineering culture and drive it with well defined policies and have positive impact on products and teams
    • To provide technical leadership to teams and creating opportunities for more people to contribute
    • Setting up best practices and procedures for continuously improving design, coding, quality, performance, security and reliability for projects. Dedicated efforts for minimizing technical debts
    • Sharing expertise and insight with other engineers, foster team collaboration and knowledge sharing efforts
    • Motivating teams and nurturing new talent across teams, deliberate efforts to build learning culture across teams, be a positive change agent in company
    • To become face of engineering and the company and enables awareness of the company while attracting talent and participating in tech conferences
    • Publishing white papers/blogs, Filing Patents, Conference talks
    • Ensure software quality through robust Architecture, design, coding and testing practices
    • Deep involvement in M&As, technical partnership, outsourcing decisions

    • Understanding business requirements, define technology roadmap, vision for products, nurturing growth, defining standards, give technical directions to projects, dictates technology choices
