Across the world, the Group enables its customers and employees, and members of societies at large to live, work and develop sustainably, in a safe and secure information space.- Analyzing existing IT asset management process and implementations (Discovery and Preparation phase) - Creating service solution architecture and service designs for IT Asset Management processes (Implementation Plan & Project Management) - Coordinating service setup in the customer environment (Implementation & Testing phase) - Developing and Conducting ITAM Trainings - Advising on service solution - Creating technical service documentation for new services - Presenting the solution to customer (service demo, service offering) - Supporting Proof of Concept for new services/technologies Critical resources required for big and complex T&T projects that currently rolling and for ones included in the pipeline. Technical Architects are also required to standard service development and lifecycle management project activities.
