• Coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders to configure, test and implement workflows supporting business features in FIS Commercial & Retail Lending Suite.
• Ideate, Solution and Articulate business requirements and leverage functional aspects to design solutions
• Formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
• Build the customer deliverable documentations including Business Requirement Document, Functional Specification Document, Process Workflows, Functional test scripts to name a few
• Work with Architects, Sales, Product Managers and Solution Experts to design & implement appropriate solutions.
• Tailor user screens through wireframes and mock-ups for each process activity to enable users visualizing the end product
• Work as an independent team member, capable of applying judgment to plan and execute your tasks.

What you bring

• Exceptional documentation skills (Guides, Solution Presentations, Design System, Recorded Trainings, Online courses)
• Know-how of Agile SDLC to create, groom and execute delivery backlogs
• Basic Understanding of LOAN Origination case life cycle management, business process management (BPM).
• System solutioning based on the industry experience and the best practices
• Functional testing experience (including UX Design) to act as a liaison between the technical consultants and QA
• Leadership skills to supervise and conduct internal trainings
• First-rate verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g. executive, management, individual contributors).
• Ability to meet deadlines and communicate status appropriately and timely.

QualificationsSpecialization and Management degree in Finance business or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experienceCompetencies

• Fluent in English
• Excellent communicator ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion
• Attention to detail track record of authoring high quality documentation
• Organized approach manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements
• Self-starter but team mindset - work autonomously and as part of a global team
• Willing to travel occasionally (no more than 10%)
