Job Title Principal Technical Program Manager Job DescriptionOverviewPayment Networks is involved in developing cutting edge solutions to assist in the new switch development for Authorization, Clearing, and other major functionalities for MasterCard. tAnalyze and create cutting edge solutions for switching solutions teams tManage relationship with various stakeholders - Business Owners, Testing Teams, Program Cabinet etc. tCoordinate with other groups including vendors to ensure success of the project. tHave you lead and managed a Product development team and used various development methodologies including Agile ( SAFe). tHave you lead an end to end Agile (SAFe) development project tDo you have an understanding of Payment and Cards industry Role tPrincipal Technical Program Manager for managing new product development tExperience in Release Train Engineer Role tExperience in Scaled Agile Framework and / or other Agile methodologies t Coordinate with various groups in MasterCard to ensure success of the projects tMaintain and present project related metrics reporting for management review tCoordinate initiatives for automation, defect metrics and overall quality initiatives tHandle coordination between all teams based in various locations tRecommend strategic direction and policy changes. tAdvance operational and business concerns or issues relative to future business programs, projects, or enhancements that may affect consistent delivery of quality services. All About You tTechnical Program Manager with at least 2 plus years as a Release train engineer or similar role. tIn depth experience in Agile development specific to end -end product development tCertified SAFe 4 Release Train Engineer (RTE) tExperience in handling multiple teams / squads as a Scrum Master / RTE tExcellent knowledge in Agile Tools and Techniques including reporting ( Rally etc.) tStrong Communicator tExcellent Stake Holder Management tAbility to bring multiple stake holders together to plan and track the implementation of the solution Due to COVID-19, most of our employees are working from home.
