Job Description

    RFX even Management on Ariba, coordination and Execution in French language.Supporting Category Managers with updates on events.Quality evaluation of bids received from Vendors, liaise with suppliers and category managers in executing the bids.Planned and structured follow-up with all stakeholders (including suppliers)SLA Compliance & Process Compliance is mustBringing value through innovative thinking & Process Re- Engineering RFX even Management on Ariba, coordination and Execution in French language.Supporting Category Managers with updates on events.Quality evaluation of bids received from Vendors, liaise with suppliers and category managers in executing the bids.Planned and structured follow-up with all stakeholders (including suppliers)SLA Compliance & Process Compliance is mustBringing value through innovative thinking & Process Re- Engineering Knowledge of SAP, Ariba, RFx event management and onboarding suppliers on AribaMust be extremely proficient with all PC applications Word, Excel, PowerPointStrong project management skills.Excellent analytical skills, analyze and summarize cost data.Must be an effective communicator with good French and English communications skills, speak conversational French with supplier over phone calls. Must be able to lead meetings/conference calls and give presentations to large audiences. Must have good writing skills.Must be very organized to assure all tasks are completed in a timely manner (SLA) based on Client needs and the tasks are recorded, monitored and closed out in an efficient mannerMust be self-motivated and pro-active.,
