Job Description

Being agile will make us more responsive, more adaptable, and ultimately more innovative.We re looking for a Product Manager to:Join our Modern Technology crew with a mandate to focus on the following areas of our platform and help us to ensure quality, compliance and cost management. Ensures compliance of the product with risk (e.g. ORI, MER, KPC), security policies and architecture & technology standards. Supports audit requests/activities and is accountable that evidences for adherence/compliance are available and up-to-date. Ensures the quality of the product, from also a technical and non-functional requirements (i.e. production stability, performance, maintainability) and cost efficiency perspective. Ensures operational support and service readiness according Service Level Agreement (SLA). Co-develop a clear product/pod vision and strategy with the product owner, roadmap covering the full product lifecycle (including decommissioning, version and infrastructure upgrades) and aligns it with the crew product lead and crew technical lead. Drive new products and product changes iteratively and continuously together with cross-functional team members in the pod, as well as through collaboration with and alignment of stakeholders from other pods and CoEs, for example marketing, legal, compliance and CDIO internal. Is responsible for the implementation of new products and product changes. Support pod Objective and Key Results and provide relevant product measurements and metrics to meet overall business goals. Manage sufficient product documentation and manuals for internal stakeholders. Ensures compliance of the product with risk (e.g. ORI, MER, KPC), security policies and architecture & technology standards. Supports audit requests/activities and is accountable that evidences for adherence/compliance are available and up-to-date. Ensures operational support and service readiness according Service Level Agreement (SLA). Proactive with development skills for automation e.g. using Excel Macros for creating reports etc. Problem solution oriented (be ahead of issues) Self-organized (keep timelines) Accompany the SDLC process throughout the development process as Software Component Manager.Your teamIn our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You will work in a highly collaborative environment with colleagues from globally diverse backgrounds and skillsets coming together to solve challenging problems as a team. The position is within our Trade and Transfer Assets stream under Managing Corporate Actions crew closely collaborating with the part of Agile delivery units distributed across the globe. Our teams design, deliver and operate state-of-the-art financial systems that offer best-in-class services to the bank s clients. Our development pods work across a multitude of development languages working together in a model of coexistence whilst we transform, modernize and evolve our post-trade service platform. We are genuine believers that diversity brings more varied experience, expertise, and working methods to improve the way we engineer and deliver solutions., Working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks as product manager. Software Component Manager Taking end to end responsibility throughout the SDLC process. Setting outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results). Team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills and self organized. Development skills in automation eg. In creating reports etc strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels.
