Job Position: Position: Production OperatorLocation: Ranjangaon (Pune) Essential Functions: Establish & follow Process Parameter for Processing Color Master batch Operate Twin Screw Extruder Screw Profile for to optimise process parameter / condition. Follow Corporate Safety guidelines as defined Coordinate with maintenance team for preventive as well as breakdown maintenance. Follow Production Planning and scheduling as defined by Demand Planner. The Production Operator has primary responsibility for ensuring that all Products have proper defined process parameter as per defined standard and tolerance. The Production Operator is responsible for establishing and Maintaining Production Process condition at defined standard. Guarantee satisfaction and value for internal customers. (Sales, QA, Purchase, etc.) Contribute to a work environment that fosters pride in being part of a winning Team and promotes personal growth. Other duties as assigned Qualifications:

• Should be a ITI in Plastic / Polymer / Chemical OR Experience with Plastic back ground.
• CIPET Diploma or equivalent course in Plastic processing or extrusion field
• 2-5 years in similar role preferably color masterbatch, pigment or chemical industry.
• Basic knowledge of Polymer Processing as well as Polymer Processing Equipments.
• Basic Knowledge of Colour Pigment, Dyes and additives.
• Basic Knowledge of Twin Screw Extruder Screw Profile.
• Good coordination skills as Production Operator function needs to coordinate various functions such as Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Raw Material, Store & despatch.
• An ability to handle the pressures arising from having to meet internal customer deadlines.

• Execute the process as per planned arrangements to minimize the use of natural resources and reduce the wastage.
• Keep the waste at designated places i.e., hazardous and non-hazardous wastes.
• Properly handle the equipment s and materials to minimize or avoid the spillage.
• Execute the process as per planned arrangements by minimal effect on environment and by minimizing the effect on occupational health and safety.

The person responsible for the hazardous waste handling:

• Identification of wastes and labelling
• Store the wastes at designated places as per waste category
• Segregate the wastes as per waste category

The person responsible for waste disposal:

• Identification of wastes and labelling
• Store the wastes at designated places as per waste category
• Segregate the wastes as per waste category
• Labelling of wastes as per waste category
• Fill the TREM card
• Reconciliation of the wastes with disposal agency and recording
