Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    • Manage a portfolio of complex software implementation projects across Business Units irrespective of the solution domain
    • Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation and defining scope to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously
    • Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities
    • Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project in coordination with the Solution Architect and the Engineering Lead
    • Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chair the project management team meetings
    • Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership
    • Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards
    • Manage project and program issues and risks to mitigate impact to baseline
    • Manage the revenue and budget for a given program
    Required qualifications:
    • Bachelor s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
    • 5+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects
    • 5+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment
    • 3+ years of previous experience with gathering requirements from the client / business and documentation
    • Experience in International Trade, Logistics Management, or ERP Systems is a plus.
    • Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint with experience presenting to stakeholders and / or Senior Leadership
    • Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs
    • Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas in order to achieve a common business objective
    • Proven experience in software implementation methodologies and best practices.
    • Proven experience in direct, hands-on customer contact and management.
    • Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate and enhance performance within a cross - functional environment
    • Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions and identifying priorities
    • Ability to travel 35-50%.
