Job Description

    1. To Prepere the P&ID, GA and Isometric drawings forand skids.2. To Prepere the Techno commercial proposal for Compressor & Vacuum Pump Piping projects andskids.3. Customer site visit for calculation of BOQ.4. Discussion with customer for offer & drawing revision, scope variation, drawing & technical datasheets approval.5. To take offers from Vendors for bought out items as per standered specification.6. Brief to internal team members related to technical scope & drawings for installation.7. Provide all support to installation team members for installation activity.8. To prepare the project execution plan as per the timeline.9. Site visit to check the installation activity time to time.10. To prepare the electrical load sheet from technical specification of equipments.11. To understand the Electrical cable sizing & Fuse rating.12. Key involvement in purchasing of Bought out items required for project.13. To arrange and witness the third party inspection as and when required.14. To take leak testing of Compressor & pump project at the time of handover.15. To prepare the as built drawing after complete instyallation.16. To keep all project and handover documents.Compressor & Vacuum Pump Piping projectsJob specific skill1. Able to read and prepare P&ID & GA Drawings2. Have sound knowledge of Piping & Fitiing standereds.3. Familier with piping material, fitting material and fabrication techniques.4. Familier with welding tools, Welding Consumables.5. Able to read electrical wiring drawings6. Sound knowledge of electrical panels, DB, JB & PLC systems7. Cost reduction ability
