Job Description

    Dear Candidates,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring for the position of Project Engineer.Job title: Project EngineerSuperior position: Director of projects APAC/MD BHS IndiaSubordinated position: N/AQualification: BE - Mech / ElectricalExperience: 5 - 8 yrs +Duties and responsibilities:1. Equipment Project engineering management (including but not limited to Corrugator /single machine /upgrade projects) BHS-Project support before sales- Project External and internal kickoff meeting- Measurement and Machine planning at customer site-Order processing in SAPSAP- Preparation of layouts foundation drawings and project tech, documentation-Preparation of installation and delivery schedules-Preparation of machine connection plans(electricity, mechanics, air, water, steam)-Preparation of project checklists-Technical project clarification and internal followup- Installation visits with inspection- Project reporting and documentation summary-Site Progress control for services and subcontractor- Project site installation progress control .-Project site issues follow-up and coordination-Project site EHS control-Project acceptance within target period-Project cost and risk control2. Cross-departmental communication and coordination to solve project site problems and complete project objectives (schedule, cost, acceptance). Analyze, summarize and feedback on the project site problem points, and advance internal cross departmental improvement.3. Able to assist in improving and enhancing project management in the role of internal support.4. Customer relationship maintenanceLocation to take care of India/Africa & OthersRequirements: 1. Engineering background, especial for medium-sized & large-sized machinery. -More than 8 years related sales/project working experiences with multi-national company.Sales oriented.Good command of EnglishBe ready to travel extensivelyBe able to work under pressure, committed, dedicated and self-motivated.Good communication skills and inter-personal skill is a must.Be flexible, open minded, and guide-learner.Be skillful in AUTOCAD, Solid Edge, MS project AUTOCAD, Solid Edge, MS projectRegards,Team HR.
