Job Description

    The project manager is focused in making his project work in accordance with plans.The project manager uses technical requirements, costs, delivery times and work estimates to design schedules.Assists in pre-sales estimation and planning, presentations, and collaterals.Project Initiation:o Processes all project initiation documentation & processes. Ensures documentation is complete and distributes to cross-functional teams.o Facilitates project kick-off meeting with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Stakeholder Management:o Responds to stakeholder needs, both planned and unplanned requests. Leads products demos. Tactical, daily project-level management.Team & Process Management:o Plays the role of ScrumMaster.o Assists in the implementation of processes, systems, technology, metrics and SOPso Ensure a responsive, seamless, on-time and on-budget process from start to finish that adheres to standardized work flow systems and processeso Manages scope and change requestso Manages & reports project statuso Develops project schedules based on the estimates arrived at by the Scrum teamo Keeps stakeholders informed about planned vs actual progress.Project Close-Out:o Conducts post-mortems on select projects.o Issues project summary reports.o Analyzes data to report on key project-level metricsSkill-set:o Preferably, comes from a software engineering background.o Certified Scrum Mastero Detail-driven, organized and tacticalo Experienced in:estimating, budgeting and scheduling proceduresstaff, client and project managementdeveloping and utilizing workflow/project management methodology, processes and systemsSuccess Criteria:o On-time on-budget completion of deliverables that perform as expected by optimal utilization of resources (talent, hardware & software)o High ESAT score measured througho Zero escalations from stakeholders.,
