You must be highly skilled and proficient in your area of expertise and make significant contributions to our IT programs., previous hands on experience, at least 8yrs+, as a senior project manager of large scale HR IT projects and proven experience of meeting project deliverables practitioner level accreditation (e.g., Prince 2, PMI, APM) ensure projects being managed are compliant with relevant SDLC, Governance, Standards and Controls ensure that sufficient level of detail project and quality plans are prepared and maintained for complex projects providing regular and accurate reports on progress against plan to stakeholders, as appropriate identifies, assesses and manages project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies, escalating as appropriate via the agreed governance framework strategic thinker and excellent communicator, able to coach, lead and convince as well as manage key interactions with stakeholders at all levels of the organization proven success managing technical delivery of solutions in agile and waterfall oriented teams with agile principles and methodology adaptable and able to work effectively across different teams and functions (non-IT) relevant university degree or equivalent work experience
