Roles and ResponsibilitiesHas expertise in managing all phases of systems development from concept through implementation and maintenance.Overall responsibility for structuring a project, performing the detailed planning, and managing project execution and completion of moderate or large projectsDefines the phase deliverables, tracks milestones and incurred expenses versus planned expenses, schedules role sand resources, evaluates risks and recommends contingency plans Manages the development of the technical strategyAssigns resources and tasks, and manages quality assurance, resolution of issues, status reviews and reporting, development of standards, change control, customer support, and compliance with all policies and procedures. Able to facilitate workshops such as JAD, RAD and DRP sessions.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor s Degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or related technical discipline4+ years of direct experience in project management role, during which time you successfully drove continuously improved team performance with software development teamsExperience working with executive stakeholders, product owners, project sponsors, and/or upper managementExhibits strong communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and team building skillsStrong problem resolution, advocacy, and ownership of issues and risksAdvanced presentation, influencing, and relationship management skillsProactive, consistently demonstrates initiative to take ownership of resolving issues and gapsStrong knowledge of IT concepts, strategies, methodologies, architectures and technical standardsExperience with project estimations, forecasting resources, and managing project budgetThorough knowledge of business functions and extensive understanding of business operations, strategies and objectivesOwn full alignment across dependent teams within a release train; manage risks and dependencies such that all parties are aligned with delivery strategy and sequenceExperience leading data driven or web solution projectsDrive project execution and communication as necessary to ensure a shared understanding of dependencies.Working experience with Agile/Scrum tools (Jira, Kanban, Confluence)Preferred QualificationsMaster s Degree in Project Management or related technical disciplineIndustry Certification PMP, SAFe Agile, Prince2, Certified Scrum Master or other project management certification4+ years of experience as a Project manager leading projectsExperience leading software development projects, implementing database and data warehouse solutions on Datastage, Cognos, or implementing BI solution projects in banking domain.Mastery of project management practices and standards for risk management, resource management, budget management, managing roadmap, and deployment/implementation planning.,
