    • Design, develop, and implement automation scripts using open source tools
    • Ability to perform as an individual contributor with strong leadership qualities
    • Design test approaches that suit customer deployments and come up with automation test framework recommendations and functionality
    • Guide the automation testing effort and work with other engineers to get test cases automated across projects
    • Identify and leverage tools for automated solutions best suited for testing needs
