Job Description

    Are you passionate about building highly available, robust and scalable distributed systems Do you like to be challenged and encouraged to learn and grow professionally If you have experience in developing big data solutions, leveraging tools such as Apache Hadoop, Spark, Kafka or Flink, interested in dev teams embracing Cloud technologies and you also know Java well, come and talk to us.We re looking for someone like that to help us: design and implement software aligned to business and IT requirements, transferring business problems into technical solutions as defined by the systems development life cycle (SDLC) for Treasury Risk applications develop common test automation solution cross application test unit and integration of components for integration into larger subsystems guide and manage implementation teams to successful delivery make sure that produced code is secure, stable, operational and meets high quality requirements before handover collaborate with other global IT, Business and Operational teamsYour teamYou ll be working in the Treasury Risk IT team in Pune. We as a team are responsible for an ETL and reporting system which is used to ensure the Banks compliance to Swiss and US regulatory requirements., Strong software engineer, you take pride in what you re developing Expertise in application development using Python is must Prior knowledge/ working experience with any Big data technologies is required, Spark is preferred Experience in any cloud technologies (AWS, GCP or Azure) is good to have, Azure is preferred Experience in leading/ supporting cloud migration projects /activities Experience working with build tools and repositories like Maven , Team city and GitLab is preferred Experience with Agile Know how to figure stuff out and comfortable working independently, as well as in a team oriented, collaborative environment
