    • 4 years of hands of experience in Fabrication & Assembly process failure mode effect analysis (PFEMA)
    • Experience in PPAP documentation review as per QPL standard for commodities like metal fabrication,
    • Should have knowledge & hands on experience in new product development, APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, Mistake Proofings techniques, Statistical Tools, Problem solving techniques (7QC,8D),
    • Strong in GD&T and ability to understand the drawings
    • Continuous improvement, Data Visualization tools, QMS, GD&T, MSA, Capability studies
    • Quality reports creation, Data Visualization- Power BI.
    • Warranty Analysis, claim coding.
    • Quality Planning, PPAP review.
    • Good English communication and ability to handle the project independently with minimal guidance.
