        • Key Responsibilities : Ensuring the operational health of the SharePoint online environment including security, availability, performance, interoperability and reliability Administration support and configuration of SharePoint online and M365 applications, Maintenance of existing client SharePoint sites and sub sites, lists, libraries, and content including pages, workflows, and items,Maintenance of additional complementary functionality for customer sub sites, lists, libraries, and content
        • Technical Experience : Support, configure, and monitor the SharePoint environments, provide critical problem solving and advanced trouble-shooting -Perform SharePoint patching requires after hours support Maintain operational documentation detailing technical environment, farm/site configuration, and support processes - Ensure data backups are captured and perform recovery tests Monitoring SharePoint trends eg site usage and growth, disk space usage and growth - Regular review, cleanup, management
