Job Description

    A day in the life of an Infoscion- As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to lead the engagement effort of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers at different stages- from problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development and deployment. You will review the proposals prepared by consultants, provide guidance, and analyze the solutions defined for the client business problems to identify any potential risks and issues. You will identify change Management requirements and propose a structured approach to client for managing the change using multiple communication mechanisms. You will also coach and create a vision for the team, provide subject matter training for your focus areas, motivate and inspire team members through effective and timely feedback and recognition for high performance. You would be a key contributor in unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality, value-adding consulting solutions to customers adhering to the guidelines and processes of the organization. We are looking for Project Manager with SCM / Logistics background candidates having 8 to 10 years experience in - Evaluating project/business requirements, formulate a detailed project plan and communicate project parameters, policies, and processes - Establishing the workspace or project ecosystem, build the teams needed to finish the project, execute the project plan and monitor progress, status reporting and closing the project - Ensure the development teams are practicing the Agile principles and SCRUM Best Practices Facilitate Quarterly Planning, Daily standups, Iteration/Sprint planning, mid sprint reviews, Iteration/Sprint demos and retrospective meetings for multiple teams Identify, own and remove impediments for the team on a daily basis - Track metrics of team progress, productivity and use the metrics to help the team get better - Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and Stakeholders to facilitate release management across teams to coordinate release scheduling The candidate should have very good experience in managing the project with either of OTM or SCM or Logistics domain in Scope management Scope control and prioritization based on customer needs and scope change management Estimation and resource planning Project/Schedule, Risk/Issue, Test and Defect, Stakeholder management Software Development process tools & techniques Governance Technology concepts Profitability management Self-Development and Organizational initiatives Skills & Experience 5+ years of IT project management experience 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master in coaching/leading teams Experience in OTM/GTM is an added advantage Ability to interact at all levels of clients organizations,
