Inviting applications for the role of a PD, MDM (master Data Management) Analyst The MDM analyst will be responsible for creating and managing master data for Vendors and customers, Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to MDM.
    • Complicated product sets up that need cross functional collaboration between pricing, finance and tax. Deep understanding of system and downstream impact because it drives billing set ups. Customer set up - Knowledge of business for confidential buy sells to ensure seamless customer functionality impact . Understanding of downstream impact on bill to consolidations.
    Qualifications Minimum qualifications
    • BCom Graduate
    • Excellent work experience in Accounts Receivables specially in billing and billing helpdesk
    • Good and effective communication skills, ability to work methodically, efficiently & deliver under tight deadlines
    • The incumbent should be open to working in flexible shifts, especially US shifts.
    • Should be aware of call etiquette & soft skills e.g., empathy, listening skills etc.
    Preferred qualifications
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Excellent SME knowledge of accounting concepts
    • Good knowledge on MS Excel and Word.
    • ERP knowledge like SAP, PeopleSoft will be an added advantage
