Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - 1. Strategic Orientation and Stakeholder Collaboration Review strategies with EVP and Other Business Heads about customer segments to target campaigns to be driven to ensure acquisition and retention of desired customers across the existing / new FD & Investments channels Plan and review business strategy to increase cross sell across all distribution channels Be continually watchful and passionate about creating newer deposit opportunities across all its established channels. Continually invent / re-invent better and more efficient ways of working with the funnel improving data credibility in feeding relevant and accurate leads for conversions to business heads. Work closely with all business heads and related stakeholders (IT etc.) to ensure that relevant capabilities are being built to accelerate development and adoption of systems and technologies. Regularly prepare functional updates and reports for MD Deputy CEO and Presidents of the company and also other senior leaders of BFL on the progress of projects / initiatives and seek inputs on critical initiatives 2. FD COE Planning and Implementation Work closely with the EVP for crafting and executing the FD LRS strategy to identify new opportunities and accelerate growth Participate in strategy development process and jointly identify projects for FD COE team aligned to the business needs provide direction and guidance to prioritize projects based on business requirement Define the goals and metrics for the COE team and provide guidance to help align the projects with business goals Own and drive select (complex) projects for end-to-end delivery of value to the business (e.g. projects which are high impact/ multifunctional) Monitor and review all projects (various parameters solution approach timelines value delivery etc.) in FD COE and provide guidance/ direction/ remove roadblocks for the team as needed. 3. ARU Run and Campaign Build Plan various targeted strategies and plans to increase the BFL FD and Investments. Work with the top of the funnel which is the overall responsibility of this unit using expertise like campaign management remarketing notification segmentation and personalization. Monitor the Funnel and baseline ratios using tools like GA etc. Identify funnel improvement initiatives (like Content/UI/UX changes new features like nudges etc.) Set up CDP Processes and plan campaigns for ARU channel and oversee execution control through CDP Plan various campaigns as part of outreach program and monitor campaign effectiveness gather support from the business as needed 4. Data Science and Analytics Lead the Data Science and Engineering Unit to drive propensities and segmentation through data models using SQL etc. Data Science and Engineering Unit will also be responsible for stitching all the processes with the last mile into front-end facing digital apps / platforms. , * (Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent.) Educational Qualifications Qualifications Post Graduate/ Masters in Business Administration Work Experience a) Minimum 15+ years of work experience, preferable in large scale banks/ NBFCs b) Exposure of cross selling of business, data analytics and interpretation of data behavior and funnel management on large traffic generating digital assets c) Experience of handling multifaceted large/ complex project implementation d) Knowledge of trends, techniques in advanced analytics and technology platforms
