Job Description

    Are you an energetic and enthusiastic team player looking to have an impact in Group Compliance, Regulatory & Governance (GCRG) COO Are you enthusiastic about driving processes, providing transparency and advising senior management on cost management We re looking for someone just like you to join our team. Your responsibilities will include: manage all operational business finance matters for the GCRG COO function e.g., month-end-close, full-year-forecast reviews, 3-year-strategic-planning prepare financial reporting to provide full transparency for senior management to explain direct and allocated costs for the function, including regular updates as well as ad-hoc analysis build and maintain strong relationships within GCRG COO Functional Heads and regional teams in UK, AMER, APAC, EMEA and Switzerland, alongside other functional partners (e.g. Finance & IT) manage and own the Service Management process for GCRG COO globally across all services and sub-services including calculating of allocation keys, reviewing billing and explanation of movements. Coordinate and report on headcount and hiring status across GCRG COO for the team of over 700 people globally. coordinate and manage the organization structure for GCRG COO track progress of transformational projects in GCRG COO and impact on costs and headcount proactively manage finances to identify opportunities to most effectively use resources.Your teamYou will report into the GCRG COO Business & Cost Management global Head with a small team to support with administration tasks. Your team members based in Zurich, Krak w and Pune. You ll be working alongside a range of stakeholders across the globe including Monitoring and Surveillance, Group Shareholding Reporting and AI Models and Methodology. As a Finance Business Manager, you ll play an important role in ensuring GCRG COO operates within its budget and risk tolerance.Diversity helps us grow, together. It strengthens our business and brings value to our clients., University degree (preferably in Finance / Accounting / Economics) or relevant professional qualification Demonstrated track record in Finance or Business management within a financial institution Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate and communicate with team members across different functions, building credibility & trust Proactive, well organized with high attention to detail and ability to set up new processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint), and UBS finance systems (Workforce Planning and Service Management) very useful
