Job Description

  • Graduate / MBA with 2-3 years experience.
  • Good Communication skills along with good negotiation skills are must.
  • Basic computer knowledge and abilities to communicate in English, Hindi & Marathi and to handle dynamic situations are essential.

  • ITI, NCTVT, DME / DAE with minimum 2-3 years experience
  • Should maximize revenue through quantity & quality production

  • Maintain tidy and safe working environment
  • Perform maintenance services according to Volkswagen instructions and according to maintenance schedule with strict adherence to management policies
  • Should improve CSI and possess basic computer knowledge.
Receptionist / Showroom Hostess (Female):
  • Graduate with pleasing personality
  • Command over Marathi, English & Hindi
  • Excellent communication & convincing skills
  • Basic Computer knowledge
  • Fresher will also be consider.
Sales Consultant (Female):
  • Minimum 2-4 years of work exp auto sales
  • Graduate with pleasing personality
  • Command over Marathi, English & Hindi
  • Excellent communication & convincing skills

Service Manager :
  • BE/ DME / DAE with 3-5 years experience in auto service & minimum 1 year as manager
  • The person should possess good business acumen to ensure profitability & increase in service profit, with ability to drive measures from current & future directed strategic and operational objectives.
  • Should Improve CSI, motivate employees; retain manpower along with staff assignment planning, employee training, fulfilment of system processes.
  • Knowledge of MS Office is essential.
