Job Description

    Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, sending quotations and communicating relevant information to colleagues and customers. Tracking, preparation and submission of Tenders Track and respond to enquiries and ensure relevant feedback is provided in time by the accountable person from the sales team. Update and track CRM software to monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements. Store and sort data in electronic form in form of databases and project folders.Ensure the adequacy of sales and marketing related equipment or material such as catalogues, emailers, websites etc. Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events Coordination for travel and reservations
