Job Description

    Sales Coordinator -
    • Review orders and processing with Germany and arranging Order confirmation to customer
    • Sample processing, sample dispatches and updating Sample tracker, update sample dispatch details to customer/ respective team member
    • Backlog monitoring and updating within external and internal teams
    • Handle pulling/pushouts/rescheduling and ensure system and respective customer/distributor is updated
    • Update internal systems for Sales & Purchase
    • Prepare dispatch plan, coordinate with Accounts, logistics etc.
    • Monitor payment receipts, dues and plan dispatches accordingly
    • Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns
    • Responsible for maintaining a high level of accuracy, professionalism internally and externally
    • Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
    • Monthly report preparation
    • Backend support for entire sales process
    Experience - 3 to 5 Year, preferably in Electrical/Electronic IndustryEducation Engineering degree preferred Good in English writingSalary As per Industry standard .depending on experienceLocation Saswad Factory,PuneGender M/F
